Refunds & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at LAFUHQE. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us. For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy: Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to LAFUHQE Inc. Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Website. Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us. Website refers to LAFUHQE, accessible from lafuhqe.ca and lafuhqe.com You means the individual accessing or using the Website, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Website, as applicable.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
In the event that you receive an order that has been incorrectly fulfilled or damaged in transit, please see the following statements to determine if your Goods are eligible to be returned: The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days The Goods are in the original packaging The following Goods cannot be returned: The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized. The supply of Goods which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over. The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
For sanitary reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at lafuhqe @ gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. Please include pictures of the defective item. Upon receipt of your email, we will fully examine the situation and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product at no extra cost to you.
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect. Please include pictures of the defective item. Upon receipt of your email we will fully examine the situation and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product at no extra cost to you.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please send all emails related to the return of goods to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give directions for the return of the Goods. Please follow the return instructions you receive after you have notified us of the return. You will need to document the condition of the goods before returning them to us. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in the return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
As these are vaginal care products, all sales are FINAL!!! We do not accept returns. We will, however, honour exchange requests for products that are damaged and unusable. Photos of the damaged product(s) must be provided by sending an email to email@example.com within 24-48 hours of receiving your shipment. Damaged product(s) will need to be returned to our inspection facility before we can process an exchange request. We do not have any satisfaction guarantees as this is a small business so requests for refunds because you do not like a product, will be explicitly ignored.
