- wash your hands before use. make sure your hands are completely dry before handling the capsule.
- find a comfortable position. you can squat, lay down or assume the missionary position. it's up to you.
- insert the capsule into the open end of the applicator.
- gently insert the applicator into your vagina as far as it will comfortable go.
- push the plunger to release the capsule.
- remove the applicator from your vagina.
- discard the applicator.
- wash your hands again.
