How to Use

Wash the Twat Squat ® bowl with warm water before and after use.
Measure out 1/2 tablespoons of herbs and place in the bowl.
Add 2 cups of boiling water and let sit for 3-5 minutes depending on your tolerance for heat.
Remove clothing from the waist down and sit on the Twat Squat ® with a heavy robe, towel, or blanket around your bottom half for 30-45 minutes.

Caution

Do NOT sit immediately on the Twat Squat after pouring the boiling water in. That shit is hot.
